My NSV makes me very happy. I have had a particular pair of jeans that look soooooo good on me but they were always too tight around the stomach, so the upper part of the belly fat would just pour out of it, and I had to suck in everything I had to get into them.
I've kept them with me for AGES, and yesterday I tried them on again. Imagine my utter surprise when I realized that not only do I have to hold my breath to get into them, but that they're actually so comfortable to wear, and so loose that I need to wear them with a belt!

Realised I was going to be late setting off for the train. Instead of reaching for the car keys I just worked out how much jogging was needed to make up the time and made it.29

I've got 2! I've been really discouraged with the scale after a week of vacation and a week of being sick so I'm trying to focus on the progress I'm making. I took measurements and I'm down an inch and a half in both my waist and hips. Also, my husband took a picture of me swinging my kids outside and, for the first time in a long time, I didn't feel like I looked chunky!29

Bright a size 14 dress and it fits!32

Everything I’m doing is becoming consistent. I turned up for a training session (leg day) despite not sleeping well and having to get up early. I wasn’t really in the mood to go but I did and it was a great session. My eating is 90% good and I don’t crave sweet things. When I do have anything sweet it’s more because of habit but I don’t beat myself up for it, I just adjust the rest of the days food.

i was looking at myself in the mirror at the gym and did not feel short and dumpy. That is what my Dad would call me. I felt pretty small.47

Fit into my old 36 waist jeans with room to spare. Was busting out of 42's last April. 34's here I come!36

Friends asked my husband and me if we'd like to join them on a week-long cycling trip next summer. The NSV? That they actually think I'm fit enough/strong enough to do the trip with them!34

This is my favorite kind of victory because it shows the change in habits and mindset which are the biggest hurdles. When you change those, the results are inevitable.13 -
I'm perpetually in the doldrums of not being able to see much of a difference when I look in the mirror - though I'm mostly ok about it since my focus is on feeling physically better. But, four co-workers in the past two days have spontaneously made comments like how I'm melting, the pounds are falling off, etc. I'll call it a NSV win
Even better to me, though, was how one of those comments also included: "Wow, I think I should just have whatever you are eating from now on. You are so healthy and are looking amazing!". Aww shucks, someone thinks of me as being healthy!!! 🥰30 -
I forgot about my other big NSV, also oddly from the office -
There was a catered event last night, and leftovers are always put in the staff break room for everyone to nosh on as they wish. Today I glanced at the calorie-intensive goodies with a tiny bit of wistfulness, but otherwise had no real temptation to indulge. I was so happy about feeling content with my packed/planned lunch26 -
I've reached the last hole of my belt! Time to add a few more holes.
Also, I've been able to wear smaller bras, and I love that!18 -
@martianspuds It's amazing how we are so often our own worst critic and enemy, isn't it? I'm so glad your coworkers noticed how good you're looking these days.
I just came home from a NSV of my own, very pleased with myself. Out to dinner with friends, only one glass of wine, fish as main, and no dessert! Usually dinners out are my Waterloo.
Also, last week I had three days of "off the wagon" style eating and gained 3/4 of a pound, but now I seem to be back on track. Whew! I just have to remind myself to log what I eat even when it's like 4,000 calories that day (I didn't this past week. My diary is open so the shame was too real).18 -
Finding some discomforting NSVs, but I'll take them.
When doing floor exercises or sitting in hard chair, I can feel my bones and muscles in contact with hard surfaces... It's not a comfortable feeling, but I am sure I will get used to it again, forgot what it feels like to have less fat for cushioning
On the positive side, I looked in the mirror and saw my clavicle bones, haven't seen those in years! I'm so happy they've popped out to say hello again. It also looks like I have a neck again!21 -
UK ladies with, um, large bosoms will appreciate how much of a big deal this is...
I'm currently wearing, and am comfortable in, a supermarket bra. Asda, since you didn't ask.
I'm stunned. £4. £4 for a bra. If this stays comfortable all night, I'm going to have a full bra drawer for the first time in years!29 -
Looking better in this dress!!

You're lucky there. That's awesome!!
I'm having the opposite problem in US.
I can't find bras after losing weight. American bras were easy to find being big breasted and wider around measurements (like when I was 42" DDD) or easiest bras to find here are cup sizes A-B-C with tinier measurements (like 32"-36" A-B-C).
Measuring 32" around (about 81 cm), but still have DDD US (I think F in UK) cup size breast... Impossible to find a bra here. Going to drive to bigger city next week to see if I can find one.
Falling out the bottom of bras, anything with big enough cups is way too big around.8 -
I guess this is an NSV. Lately, I have added some pool exercises to my routine that require a bit more motion such as jumping jacks and jogging in place; with that I began to notice my (extra large) swim trunks would precariously loosen no matter how tightly I tied the draw string. I put on other trunks, large that were destined for donation. Although a little snug. I can get them on and off and am now using them and have spared myself a potentially embarrassing "wardrobe malfunction"! 😁21

Aarrgggh! You can't win can you?
Hoping you find your holy grail of bra places!5
