Mine is still not synced. Almost a week now. Anybody else's taking this long?
Over a week here too. :unamused:

Mine worked for a day or two and doesn't seem like it's been syncing for quite a few days now. I don't actually really track anything for results but I like to see everything laid out as a whole, so it's frustrating.

Still not syncing here, tried all the usual disconnect routes. Anyone else still having issues?

*** Please ignore this, found the link to fix on page 1 of this thread.

My fitbit alta hasn't been syncing with mfp for weeks. Both apps are updated & I've disconnected & reconnected. Very annoying.

Confirm that on all those updates the option in MFP app in setup is still for Step Source to be Fitbit.

That can fall off easily and is not default, if not caught and changed you won't see a thing.

    Hello everyone,

I know the topic is a bit old, but is the issue solved already?
I'm still having no connection from FitBit to MFP. (no steps or trainings shown in MFP, but taken calories are visible in FitBit app).

    Thanks a lot

    Hi Heybales,
    thanks for your answer.
Yes - fitbit is still the step source in the MFP app.
I also enabled the option for negative adjustments in the training settings.
And I double-checked the permissions in FitBit for MFP...

Should I try to disconnect and reconnect the apps again?

Is the problem solved for everyone else but me?

    Thanks!!

Doesn't seem to be any known issues for syncing issues - so yet.

But there is a bug on disconnect:
    https://myfitnesspal.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360032625231-Known-Issues-Integration-Partners

Bug: Unable to disconnect fitbit from MyFitnessPal side from within the apps
Workaround: Unlink via the website. Apps tab > Your Apps > select Fitbit > Disconnect
