I've been here for a little over 4 months. A lot of previous friends stop using the app once they meet their goals, so it's good to meet new ones.
I mainly run and do pushups, but I'm starting to get into strength training.1 -

Hey! Always looking for friends who are active, hopefully have open diaries, but most importantly interact on here. This is a new account, but I previously used MFP to lose 60+ lbs. Had a baby in February and need to lose about 100 lbs. Made a new account as all of the old streaks from the old account etc (700+ days) made things feel unattainable. I’m 27, mother of 1.
Hey guys, my name is Karina. This year has been the HARDEST year in my adult life. My life went from super stable to not knowing what it’ll look like in a year. I got divorced in August, we’ve been separated since March. I’m ready. SOOOO READY, to put my well being first. And start losing weight. So one of my goals is to get ready to pass a physical for police academy. There’s no weight restrictions, however, I know I need to. I’d like to lose 40 pounds by my 28th bday in March and by next June, 60.
