Hello everyone! Welcome to the fourth three-month pick-your-own-difficulty challenge. This challenge will last from November 1st until February 1st. No need to have participated in any of the previous challenges in order to join this one. Just post that you're joining and boom, you've joined!
You get to choose how much weight you want to lose within this three month period.

Challenge Starting Weight: 241.8 yesterday, but we’ll see where we end up from October

I chose 4 stars because I just passed the 16lbs mark on the previous 3 month challenge and I want to keep challenging myself. Also, I have time off in both November and December which I can use to exercise, since it is so difficult to do so on work days (it’s dark when I go in and it’s about to be dark when I come home). I set mine up for Friday weigh-ins because it actually worked out that Nov 1 and Jan 31 were both Fridays.

Only lost 3 pounds in the last challenge. I am averaging a pound a month, so not losing extremely fast anymore. Would love to get into my maintenance range by the end of the year, but we will see how it goes. My weigh-in days will be Saturdays.

I am so pleased that I hit my CGW last challenge. This was due, in no small measure to the accountability of posting here week after week, and seeing how hard everyone is working towards better health and fitness.

This will take me to my lowest weight in 40 years. I'm doing it 5 lbs at a time!
It has taken me almost 5 years to get here!
