Only lost 3 pounds in the last challenge. I am averaging a pound a month, so not losing extremely fast anymore. Would love to get into my maintenance range by the end of the year, but we will see how it goes. My weigh-in days will be Saturdays.

Just a little slower at my age than it used to be, but still so rewarding. I am traveling on the 11th, which will likely set me back.
