My name is Donna & I am from Michigan. I am 5’5” and 59 years young.

    Original Highest Weight: 253
Original Starting Weight on MFP: 235

    November Start Weight: 188.0
    November Goal Weight: 182.x
    November End Weight: xxxxx

    Nov 01:
188.0....... I hope to hit 182 point anything this round. It might be tough with the American Thanksgiving this month. Also the start of Christmas shopping, traveling & restaurants. This is when it all started going downhill in my plan and up on my scale last year. I hope to make this year different!
    Nov 06:
186.0....... Some progress. Traveling again on Monday until very late so I expect a few days of weight gain, then loss of bloat & fluid retention. All the normal things associated with sitting a lot in the car, missing the exercise normally done when at home and eating at restaurants. But I hope it won’t be too bad about 36 hours later when I weigh on the 13th. I’m not going to sweat it. I’ll be back on track right away.

    Nov 13:
188.6....... Travel & emotional eating. I’ve got to stop it in its tracks right now!

    Nov 20:
    xxxx.......

Lost absolutely nothing last month. The last couple of pounds are really hard to shed, so I am going to try and be really good until Thanksgiving. Maybe I will finally break into the 130's this month.

    October End Weight: 140.7
    November Goal Weight: 138
    Ultimate Goal Weight: 135-138 Maintenance

Nov 1 : 141.5 up a little from yesterday. Chinese and a couple of drinks last night
Nov 6: 140.5 down a bit so I will take it. Hoping I can post a new decade next week
Nov 13: 139.7 I have seen this number a couple of times this month, but hasn't stuck yet.

On target but progress feels slow....

Slow is good. It's hard to wrap your head around some time, but that's how it is. It might slow down even more as you get to your goal, and you WILL get there. Yeah -- maybe some bouncing around too, but just keep looking down the path.

Ultimate Goal Weight: maintain between 120-125

Nov1: 125.2 – up some from yesterday, but potluck at work and mini candy bars…
Nov 8: 124.4 – back down into my maintenance range
Nov 15: 124.6 – a little bouncing around, but still in maintenance

Maintenance pretty much seems to be "a little bouncing around." It can be unsettling, at least for me, but it seems that's just the nature of maintenance. It's still a challenge. Nice job sticking with it!
