HI GUYS!!!!
time for the shorties to have a month with awesome weight loss! its tough for us to lose as much as taller people.
my starting weight is 118 pounds and im hoping for 113 pounds by the end of september. (5'4")
in september last year i went from 122 to 114 in a month... so i know this is possible! and i wasnt extreme exercising!
i have been off the diet wagon for a month and its time to get in shape again. My plan is to eat less, i eat a lot. im aiming for 1200-1300 calories a day and to burn 200-300. i have a large apetite so i need to learn to eat less.
IF YOU ARE IN.. POST YOUR STARTING WEIGHT AND GOAL WEIGHT FOR THE NEXT 4 WEEKS! we can go this!!

And me! I am 203lbs and 5' 4":) lets give this ago.
The only thing with me and my body is if I dont exercise I dont really lose much weight. I currently have 1200-1300 cals a day, although sometimes it is slightly under. I drink 2l of water or more a day. I swim 30 lengths and then do 2 mile run straight after approx 2-4 times a week, however, is a couple of weeks I will be starting university as a student midwife so things may be a little harder to fit in as my travelling will be 80 miles a day...Anyway I would love to lose 5-8lbs by the end of september:) 195lbs will be my goal

Count me in. I started at 183 and have lost almost 10lbs since August 1st. My birthday is near the end of September and my goal is to weigh less than 170 by my birthday. I exercise most days and have been eating somewhere between 1200-1400 calories a day. The weekends are the hardest for me to be good and keep with the program.0

Im joining too.
I currently weigh 13 stone 7, is it cheeky to aim for 13 stone by 30th September??? That would be fab. Gonna get stuck in with the exercise once kids back at school and got a bit more time to myself, and when 17 month old in bed in the afternoons lol.

I'm in! 5' 4.5" Currently 160... and have been stuck for the longest time!
I'm on Day 3 of a Shakeology 3 Day Cleanse... my "starting weight" was 162.6 on Monday. Let's see if I can jumpstart myself off this plateau!
