    wow so many great before and after photo very motivational

    i shy away from the camera as i dont need the camera adding 10 pounds on top of what i already have but after seeing these i am going take my before picture just so that when i am done i can see the difference and be proud of the hard work.

    well done all you guys some amazing results

    I have to say that you all look fantastic it's great to see the changes in people.

    I don't normally like to post pictures of myself, but seeing as I have lost 24 pounds now I am feeling way better about myself and if I can inspire someone the way everyone else has inspired me then I am all for it. This is no where near my After Picture lets call it my Before and During pictures. Although I do see some change in myself I think I am going to have trouble with always seeing the fat girl in the mirror.

    First picture was taken during my 3rd week of losing my weight was around 275 the second picture is from last week when I broke through to 258. My highest weight was 280 which was about 4 weeks before my 3 week picture.

    Before: 310 lbs

    Change the capital IMG to lowercase on both sides and it should work. Took me a couple times to figure it out. I had to look it up. lol

    Wow everyone looks OUTSTANDING and I can't stress that enough definately an eye opener to what people can accomplish. After about 23 pounds down I still don't recognize a difference but i'll be back with pictures once I make it to a year anniversy of using mfp (Jan)
