I had actually just posted a post about this on my profile a couple days ago about how face changes are the most apparent indicator of weight loss I notice in people. Age 32 350-239lbs in the below pic; December 2018 last year to current. 14 more pounds to go.

Even though I get down on myself so hard all of the time, I know that in the end, I have come so very far. This is only the beginning... still a long road ahead.

On the left is the photo that made me think enough is enough- I’m 43 and need to sort myself out ... always been overweight, and could do with losing another 7/8lbs but I seem to be stuck. However, I’ve decided to not worry too much and enjoy Xmas (within reason!!) and try maintain. MFP, and regular exersize have been great.14

My before photo I took at the start in August at 217lbs.
I don’t even recognize myself in it...
I was so bloated as misshapen. I was really unhappy and very unhealthy.
The after photo is the first “feeling myself” selfie I’ve taken in years. I wasn’t disgusted by my reflection as I had been in previous years.33 -
During -50 lbs still have more to go42 -
You look absolutely wonderful and are areal inspiration,, I’m just starting my journey at about the same place you started yours, and I have a question: just wondering how long has it taken you to drop 50 pounds?0

9 Years apart. I am not 100% sure of my weight back then but I would say there is about a 90 lb difference.
