    Having a goal of X hours of exercise per month definitely gets me moving at least 25% more without using much extra willpower so I am sticking with it! It allows more flexibility than tracking weekly although I do end up keeping the pace anyway.

    Y'all are doing so well! I am impressed with your numbers. Those long walks sound especially nice.
