42 waist to a 34 waist
DIET: no special diet or restrictions..just stayed at a strict & consistent calorie deficit, weighing every piece of food that enters my mouth!
EXERCISE: cardio and weight training 7 days a week, alternating days.19 -

This one is a weight training before and after - I have done more strength training over the past 6 months than I'd ever done before. I can't believe I thought the way I looked in January was a good look.
