Pretty motivated, but been pretty discouraged. This is my 60th year and someone told me recently getting old ain't for sissies. Food allergies keep me pretty stuck at 185, but giving this a try...AGAIN.

Hi everyone so i was doing great with this app like 3 years ago. Then i fell off the deep end with fitness, and life lol. I have gone through divorce and had another kid drinking a ton and eating unhealthy packing on lbs since then. 4 kids have not been under 140 since my first. Im really hoping to embrace loving myself and body as a single mom thos year and work towards getting back on track. Love these challenges.

Hi Darleen! If you don't mind me asking, what are your food allergies and how are they keeping you stuck at 185? What plans do you have to help get yourself 'unstuck'?
I have a gluten allergy and it has taken me a good year to find foods that I like to eat but also help me with my weight-loss goals. So, I'm interested in knowing if my experience can help you achieve your goals.
