    I gained ~8 pounds during the second half of December. It's time to get back on track! My goal for January is to make it down to the 150s again. I'd like to put the 160s behind me for good this time!

    This month will be way different then usual. Doing the Daniel Fast starting Jan 5th for 21 days, for spiritual reasons. So my workouts will probably suffer a little and I will probably lose weight fast in those 21 days.

    Jan 2: 14st 4.2 (-0.1lb / -0.2lb) slowly, slowly.... yesterday I ate in deficit and went in a cycle ride, so think I managed to negate the wine from the previous day!
    Jan 3: 14st 3.4 (-0.8lb / -1.0lb) so close now to having lost the 7lb I put on over Xmas!

    It feels good to be back on the bus. I’ve convinced my husband to try a bit of a lifestyle change with me and he is totally running with it. I’m glad for his support and company!

    Started December strong (but admittedly using and out of town scale) then went up to 203 ( at home) and stayed between 201 and 203 the whole month. Happy I finished 2019 ate a maintenance range.

    Husband is planning our honeymoon (14 years later lol) so I'd like to be at least at 170 by the time we go in June.

    Jan 3: 200.4, ermahgerd, finally getting back to normal! December was a carb filled (yum fudge), delicious tasting (within caloric boundaries), hormonal water retention month. Having a cycle last 42 days for me equals almost a month of water retention. I said it last month and I will say it again. I am so thankful for weighing in every day and gathering the data I need to stay sane for the long road.

    Jan 1: 216.4 - Day one hasn't gone quite to plan, but I've really only had a big lunch that probably accounted for a day's worth of eating 😖, and I don't plan on eating anything else (still full). I have tomorrow logged and ready, and will use the treadmill tomorrow as well. Here I go!

    Jan 2: 215.4 (- 1.0) - Wahoo! Yesterday didn't hurt me too bad!

    Jan 3: 215.0 (-0.4) - A loss is a loss no matter how small. Today is going to be hard for me, I'm home all day which means I have free reign and can do what I want (vs where I pack my breakfast and lunch / snack for work and don't have to worry about anything till dinner). Time to find the willpower and just stick to what I'd eat at work.
