I'm a little sad this week I didn't lose any but, I'm still going strong I have been to a class every day this week my hubby thinks I need to tape my self again he thinks I have dropped inches. so I will do that soon here's hoping he's right !!!!

My goals for Sept is be in the 150s by Oct 1st. I am at 168 probably 169 now cause I havent been doing so good. Vacation got me in a lot of trouble last week. Now I am back at work trying to get back in the swing of things!! I will be back on track next week.0

yes I did that for alittle bit but it all started to taste nasty for some reason. I have lost to much weight to give up or start starving myself. I promise I will still eat.0 -
Thats true there are some nasty shakes on the market. Before I switched over to Beachbody Shakeology - Chocolate Flavor (SUPER YUMMY by the way), I was taking Allmax IsoFlex Au Natural. I would mix it with juice & fruit. Its delicious and affordable! Shakeology is expensive ($135 per month) but I have allowed myself this for the time being.0
