Hey everyone! I’m excited for a fresh start in the new year and the holidays being over. After having 2 babies in 18months and a year gaining all my baby weight back, I’m ready to lose it all! I need to be held accountable so will try to check in daily about my goals - water, calories, exercise.

Five pounds out of 200 is a tiny maintenance range. Once you get back to goal, would you consider making your range just a touch bigger? Oddly enough, when I expanded my range, I actually fluctuated less. We'll see if that keeps up in the new year....3 -

I've thought about that, and may experiment with a larger range once I get back down to 195.2 -

1/3: I had a time of weakness unfortunately. I overate last night because I am going back to college from the break this morning and wanted to enjoy my mom’s cooking one last time. I feel slightly bad about it this morning but not as much as I used to. I am not going to dwell on it but instead going to set myself up for success today by eating foods that fuel me and getting in a workout! My goal is to hit 130 by the end of January and I will hit it. Reminder: It’s okay if we slip up, we’re NOT perfect. Getting right back into the swing of good habits after slipping up is the key to get you back where you need to be! 😊7 -

You know what eff gluten. Unless you have an actual thing, it’s just an excuse. Calories in, calories out, and prolly some physical activity to make it all work out at the end of the day.3 -

Total loss for January: According to my scale, I lost 1.6 pounds since the end of December, but my ten day average is up the tiniest bit. From a week ago, I am up by both scale and average, but less than a third pound.

Hope everyone is killing their goals this week! This month, I have a goal of sticking to my guns during the weekends. Like most people, I go hard during the work week. Usually have planned suppers at night and leftovers for lunches. I am a gym teacher so I never sit at work and have a high activity level. But any progress made is usually out the window come friday afternoon. Family meals, late night snacking and maybe a few drinks and i am back at square one. So this is the month i hope to change that! We can do this. The only thing between me and my goals is me!!! Consistency is key:)5

I have lost and gained over the last couple of years 50 pounds. I started this year at my heaviest. I feel terrible about what I have done to myself, because now it is a lot harder to lose the weight. Here is hoping that joining will help me to stay motivated and not slip back into bad habits.
