Five pounds out of 200 is a tiny maintenance range. Once you get back to goal, would you consider making your range just a touch bigger? Oddly enough, when I expanded my range, I actually fluctuated less. We'll see if that keeps up in the new year....

I've thought about that, and may experiment with a larger range once I get back down to 195.

Wow, just wow. Can't believe that number. I've avoided the scale the last few weeks and it definitely shows. Too much sugar. Too much gluten. I wish I thought that 10 pounds is water and will drop off quickly, but I know better.

You know what eff gluten. Unless you have an actual thing, itā€™s just an excuse. Calories in, calories out, and prolly some physical activity to make it all work out at the end of the day.

This will be the motivation I need. Also, I go to fashion school for merchandising / buying, and I am the fattest one there, so this will be the kick in the butt I need to lose weight.
