Started at 236 pounds and made it down to 160 but stress and life and my over indulgence has caused my weight to creep back up since september. I am a full time teacher, mom of 2 young girls and also a part time student in the evenings so plate is full lol!

Hi friends. I used MFP years ago to get back on track with healthy eating and fitness and it was a great "accountability partner." Well, my health and fitness went completely off the rails in 2019 and I need a restart. In 2019 I went back to work full time (which I love), but the collateral damage was that I stopped running and started eating out for lunch a lot more. And I also stress-eat with the best of them. Add the overindulgence from the holidays, and I am feeling yuck.
I am 5'3" and am most comfortable in my body at around 110, so that's my goal. I have a small frame so that extra 10 lbs really makes a difference in how I feel and how my clothes fit. My motivation is a friend's destination beach wedding in Panama at the end of February that will basically be like a class reunion. I am using the Flat Belly Diet as a jumping off point to reset my eating habits because I have had success with it in the past. I also have IBS and get migraines on the regular, so the FBD eating plan is helpful to me in reducing bloating and inflammation in my stomach and reminding me to increase my water intake.
Good luck everyone!5 -

Jan 8: 163.0 lbs. Yay, already met this month's goal, hoping to hold or loose more. this is the lowest I have been in over 5 years.
