2013 My youngest son (now 35 yo) gave me THE TALK about my weight/health (376 age 65)
Seven years with WW now Lifetime and below GW 184 since May 2018.
CW 181, age71.
I hope that your son feels proud of himself for bravely having THE TALK with you. I'm sure he feels proud of you, you of him . . . and I certainly hope you feel very, very proud of yourself for that wonderful, persistent, life-affirming, life-choosing course that you set yourself on, and that you patiently completed.
Such an inspirational example: You rock!13 -

JIM! That is truly AMAZING! Even though I read your stats, this pic and your story you must know is/will help many others! Big Congrats! And to your son also for having “the talk”!

Finishing a marathon down 70 pounds! It’s hard to finish a marathon regardless of size but you really notice the difference in the hours after the marathon. The ability to move (albeit slowly) is increased dramatically.
There was one guy running today who had dropped over 250 pounds. You go sir!23 -

You don't even look like the same person!4 -
Feeling like I’ve been spinning my wheels lately—been maintaining in the same 10lbs (125-135, mostly about 130-3) for a few years. I’m getting stronger, but haven’t seen a lot of changes, so took a new pic this week and indeed, all this lifting is working, albeit slowly!
The 2.8lb pic is from starting maintenance till now (3.5 years), 4.2 pic is June to now.

Hello to all you wonderful maintainers!!! Hope so far that 2020 is treating you kindly! As for myself, it’s time to get serious! I need to drop 4 or 5 pounds I’ve been holding on to since the beginning of winter the plan is to eat about 11,200 calories WEEKLY plus ALL exercise calories. No food is off limits but going to try to up my intake of vegetables and lean meats. Also upping my activity level by taking short but more frequent walks in addition to my regular running throughout the week. Looking forward to summer and getting ready for bikini season!
What are your goals? And show off your maintenance pics here!4 -
Took my first vacation! Enjoyed 3 days in Disneyland leading up to the LA Marathon. (That marathon didnt go so well but another story)
Make sure youre living a life worth living!
