    Didn't gain, but didn't lose either. Going to work on trying to get some exercise done and figure out how to work it into my work week schedule too. I'm happy I didn't gain more at least.

    Original starting weight (March 2013) - 175.4
    Original MFP starting weight (January 2018) - 168.2
    December 21, 2019 starting weight - 144.2 (ten-day rolling average 144.6)
    Ultimate goal - Maintain around 143 (range between 140 - 150)

    I had achieved my goal last Winter and gone into maintenance. I hope y'all don't mind a maintainer in here as an interloper. When you get to your goal, you'll see that maintenance is still a challenge. I have mostly stayed within my goal range, but have bounced around a bit.

    January Actual: Finally! After a slow, steady increase the last quarter of 2019, I'm heading back towards goal, and I'm almost there. By scale, I've lost 3.2 pounds in January, and by my ten day average almost a pound. Yay!

    Challenge Weight loss goal: Range between 142-148
    Actual Weight loss for the challenge: My average never got out of my range, and actually neither has my average. I should get back to my goal weight by scale this week if I behave, and my average weight should follow a few days behind.

    Jan. 6: OK. Here we go...Fri Jan 3 ~ weighed in @ 171.2 ~ I'm really hoping that this time my "plateau" is finally OVER!! I just have 1or2 questions: Why, oh WHY do cough drops have to have calories?! 💔 And if I cough my head off for a week, does that count as exercise?? 😷😜😂 ...MON JAN 6 ~ 172.6 lbs. I must be holding water or something cuz even tho' I've been sick & not working out very much, I have been VERY CAREFUL about weighing everything I eat. At this point I am *this close* to giving up. 😥
