Hi! I just found this challenge...I think this is perfect for me because my wedding date is 10.15.20! I won't lie, after phase 2 I might have to hold off on losing more so I can fit into my dress. But if I can get to 250 for my wedding I would be thrilled. And I will plan on continuing the weight loss after the wedding too....so it's not just to lose weight for the wedding.

Reflections: I'm a few days late, but I'm not exactly sure what went "wrong" last week. I had one cheat day. I also wasn't meticulous about tracking my calories, but felt like I was making good choices. I knew that I didn't want to see another gain and definitely wanted to keep losing more. I also wanted to feel better about myself.
On Sunday evening, my good friend (and coworker) asked a bunch of us to join her in bringing lunch to work. Yes, yes, and YES!!! I brought my lunch EVERY day this week even when we had a free lunch opportunity. I'm feeling much better, at this point in the week, than I was feeling at this point last week. Excited to update on Monday!2 -

Great weigh in this week! Haven't thought about superbowl snacks yet. Probably some pepperoni bread - which ISN'T THAT BAD if you work it into your calorie allowance for the day. Paired with tons of veggies! Bummed my Patriots aren't in it this year :-(
