**I exceeded my exercise goal the last couple weeks. I made it to the gym 4 days last week. We’ve also been walking the bridge a few mornings during the week. I’m doing WW online and have been doing good with my diet and tracking, and staying within my points, etc. Having some drinks on the weekend...adds up 😬lol. Not losing lots of lbs, but feel pretty good and happy to be working out again. Trying to keep the momentum and not get discouraged 🤩💪🏽3 -

BTW... Powerhouse Gym down the street is only $18 per month. They have a lot of classes available in addition to the machines. Planet Fitness has a lot of good deals too.0

I didn't move as much as I should have. I started my cycle on Saturday. My diet was pretty much off for a few days and I faced extra stress, plus lack of sleep. I'm hoping to get focused again this week. I seem to go one week on, one week off, which doesn't really help.1 -
