This whole week sucks. I can't really do anything as my wife has her board retreat this weekend and has been burning the midnight oil so I've had to chill with the kiddos. I might get on the indoor bike trainer this evening, but god I hate that thing...so boring.1

Two long days at the office have meant yesterday and today are rest days and I am not here for it. I even ran up every set of stairs/escalators I came across on my commute through London today just to get something in. Well done all of you for getting it done3
