Feb 1 Sad day-sister died no weighing, barely got out of bed
Feb 2 Went to church, had pancakes and sushi, went to YMCA, that scale seems to say 181 my scale is under 184
Feb 3 tomorrow will just keep going month's goal 179.94 -
I stopped daily weighing mid January following a family bereavement, but did end the month on a total 9.1lb loss.
My aim in Feb is to not gain weight. There will be the funeral, but have also given up smoking (last cigarette on 31st Jan). I will focus on tracking food and moving more.
