lynnchristy - my weight fluctuates a lot with my cycle, this is pretty normal for me. I'm fairly active and currently eating at a 500 calorie deficit with a vague goal of .5lb loss per week. Though in actuality, my long term plan is recomp. I liked my body best when I was a few pounds heavier than I am currently, but I was 1-2 sizes smaller with much better muscle definition and strength. Right now I'm dropping pounds fairly quick, but that'll slow down and I'll focus more heavily on lifting. I appreciate the concern though
