Restarting a new fitness goal to maintain a healthy lifestyle. Looking for like minded motivators and teachers/coaches. Lost 12 lbs in first three weeks by cutting my munching habit and eating whole foods with portion control all day. ;-) Plus brisk walking 4.25 miles, 5-6 days per week. Feels great!
