And 2 days out of town with family. Worked hard this weekend to get back under last weekโs weight and actually lost a few pounds. Managed to get in 4 workouts & 1 PT session. 230 in my sights!

 Reflection: I didn't really follow my diet plan last week. I didn't exercise and I didn't drink enough water. I'm not surprised that I gained .2 pounds... I actually anticipated that I could have gained more. This week I have a renewed focus and new goals. I'm going to really push to log ALL my food, even the small piece of chocolate I eat, and get AT LEAST 100 oz of water in a day. This has been the hardest part for me lately.2

 **Forgetting to weigh on Mon, so Tuesday is what I got. Not hitting my goal weights. Went to the gym 3 days last week, aiming for the same this week and more bridge walks. Diet was really good during the week, weekend had too many cheats. Would really like to get under 170 at least! Going to try to be more focused!
