    There is a search function. Hit the little arrow, and you can also put filters on; search for yourself as author and you can add a time limit.

    Alternately, if you are using a computer rather than a phone, you can create a text file or word processor file. I just use Notepad for Windows; the files are tiny. Then update, copy, and paste. Easy peasy!

    If you quote an old post, be sure to remove the place where it says [ quote] from the beginning and where it says [ /quote] at the end.

    Someone shared this tip with me last fall. Keep your post on a word doc. Update that every Monday and then copy/paste it here. You don't ever have to look up your old post again! Works pretty nice.

    Feb 2: 185.2 - Hip bursitis=fitful sleep and waffles with the grands.
