    Setting the bar high this time as well. Got my big birthday party in January so setting my loss to only 3kg/6.6lb for January and April (Easter). All other months are 4kg as my goal and I'm hoping to be 84kg/185lb by the finish which I can hardly imagine!

    Exercise Goal: Minimum 4 workouts per week including minimum 1200 Leg Lifts/Leg Kicks/Side Leg Lifts/Sit Ups. Minimum 20 minutes stretching & abs, 20 minutes strength training, 20 minutes cardio per workout.

    CHALLENGE STARTING WEIGHT: 272

    Jan 1: 272 down -5 for 2019 boo, I can do much better than that
    Jan. 6: 270 good start and no doubt dropping some holiday weight
    Jan. 13: 269 slow and steady I'm ok with this.
    Jan. 20: 267.0 down 5 so far that's a good start for 2020, looking forward to next week
    Jan. 27: 266.0 knocked off another pound yay. Down 6 on the year whoot whoot
    Jan. 31: 264,1 a great month and start for 2020, -8 lbs wow.
