When I lost over 40 lbs 2 years ago , I was very focused and determined.I dropped 5 dress sizes,.I looked good,I went to the gym 4-5 days a week, I weighed and measured my foods, drank 8 or more glasses of water and stayed within my daily macros. I do not do those things any longer and I am gradually regaining my weight. I am 11 lbs heavier. Now I have to refocus and resume my previous plans. I know that I can accomplish my goal.I did it before and I can do it again!

@12774 Yes! You can do it! And you've caught it at only 11lbs. You are so fortunate to be aware and be able to take action now. You've got this!

I would like to join this challenge. I have been at my goal weight a couple of times in the past and know how good it feels. As I get older (57), it is getting harder to do the things I need to do to lose and maintain the lower weight. I am looking forward to reaching my goal again this year. Let's do this!

    Starting weight: 177.6 (January 1, 2020)
    Goal weight: 130.0
Current weight: 167.6 (Friday, February 21th)
This week's weight loss: .4 lbs
    Total weight lost: 10.0 lbs
This week's successes: I moved the indoor bicycle to a more visible spot and got on it several days this week.
This week's challenges: I can't seem to get all the veggies I need. I would rather eat fruits instead but realize that the fruits contain sugar that I don't need soooo - I'm going to find some veggies that I like and will therefore eat more often.

    Weigh-in day - Friday
