    Highest weight ever (2014/2015): 253
    Original starting weight for this current journey : (1-11-2018) 235.0
    January Ending weight – 191.6
    February goal - 186.6 lbs
    February Actual Ending Weight: 198.6

    Feb 01 - 191.6 Good luck everyone!
    Feb 08 - 192.0 I started my new plan in order to figure out what is going on with my glucose numbers. Watching calories more than carbs this time (glucose has been running too low!). Today and yesterday found my glucose too high so I will continue to tweak to see if I can come up with a good weight loss plan without hurting my T2D efforts. I am down 0.1 from yesterday which I will call a normal fluctuation.
    Feb 15 - 194.8 Slowly getting worse. Experimenting with diet and apparently it’s not working like I thought it would. I need to lose weight while keeping my glucose numbers in check and watching the fats because of my gall bladder. Uggg. It’s a science. I’ll get it.
    Feb 22 - 195.0 I went up a bit higher this past week after travel and glucose problems, but am slowly working it back down. It’s at a trickle pace, but it all counts!
    Feb 29 – 198.6 I gained 3 pounds overnight after an outing with a friend. Not a great way to finish!


    Final Challenge Thoughts: I hate winter! I feel so homebound. Yesterday, another 5 inches of snow!
    I failed in February. I will rule in March!

    Monday weigh in

    02/01 - 139.8 at 8:40 a.m. ...this is due to sleeping in Saturday morning. Monday at 5:30 may be much higher.
    02/03 - 141.2 at 5:30 a.m.
    02/10 - 144.0 at 6:30 a.m.
    02/17 - 142.0 at 8:30 a.m. ...hip surgery in 22 days. Not doing so well here.
    02/24 - DNW
    02/29 - 143.6 at 9:00 a.m.

    Heaviest weight: 175.4 in early 2013.
    Original MFP starting weight (January 2018) - 168.2
    January 31 starting weight - 144.8 (ten-day rolling average weight 144.6)
    February goal - 143
    Ultimate goal - Range between 142 - 148

    I report scale weight and (ten day average weight).

    January 31: 144.8 (10-day average 144.6)
    February 1: 143.4 (10-day average 144.5)
    February 8: 142.8 (10-day average 144.5)
    February 15: 145.8 (10-day average 144.0)
    February 22: Away from scale
    February 29: Away from scale
    March 2 (standing in for February 29): Back from vacation and... 144.0 (I don't trust the ten day average since I have been gone ten days and it would calculate from the nine days before I left, but it would be 144.3)


    Total loss for February: I am not sure I believe it yet, but it looks like I maintained when away for ten days eating ALL the foods, and it looks like I ended February down about a half pound or so.
