 Last week was horrible as far as the eating goes, I made horrible choices, overate my calories and gained almost 2 lbs back.😱🤦♀️
 Really, I spent whole Feb not trying too hard.
 So March is my month! I'm hoping to lose at least 2 lbs per week. And I'll try to be consistent with it 😊

            I have joined in with this a few times over the last 3 months, but due to sticking my head in the sand I have only once made it to the end of a month! Well, following a close bereavement and quitting smoking, I saw a 6lb gain in February. I really want to see a change in March, and hope to start seeing a more downward trend again! Goal is small, but need to gain back control. I will focus on tracking food and moving more.
