Leaping leprechauns. I needed/wanted to lose 77 pounds and now my goal remains at 52 pounds. I did not think I met Feb's goal of 169, but, maybe so!
March 1 169.8-171 today. Lovely sunshine but cold. Within cal goals and exercised.

Goal March 32 - 165 pounds anything. I will stay with cals everyday and exercise daily. EXCEPT ... son has birthday. Might need to buy a cupcake cake -- but won't eat more than 1 portion.

I have joined in with this a few times over the last 3 months, but due to sticking my head in the sand I have only once made it to the end of a month!Β Well, following a close bereavement and quitting smoking, I saw a 6lb gain in February.Β I really want to see a change in March, and hope to start seeing a more downward trend again!Β Goal is small, but need to gain back control.Β I will focus on tracking food and moving more.

Well hello reality! π My husband is out of town, so I did a TON of meal prepping yesterday. That will really help me stay on the wagon this week. Iβm also going to start to more seriously log what Iβm eating again. I got away from it, but I need to pay better attention.
