Been run down last few days with cold, so havenโt really been eating well. I will be recording my weight on here weekly even though I weigh daily. Iโve put a goal for 205 but happy to lose 5lbs and get to 208.2 -

Well hello reality! ๐ My husband is out of town, so I did a TON of meal prepping yesterday. That will really help me stay on the wagon this week. Iโm also going to start to more seriously log what Iโm eating again. I got away from it, but I need to pay better attention.

March 2 168.9 Warmer today - going outside to work in yard.
