Holy crap. I think I'm in. Eeeeeeekkkkkk!

As of today - 9/2 I've got nada on the exercise scene. This challenge will hopefully get my butt in gear though.

I'm at 0/1000 as of today!

I posted yesterday, but of course it was on the August thread. Anyway...

I did 23 minutes of jogging at 6.0mph.

Nothing today, unless you count working with my husband sealing grout for 4 hours, which would be 240 minutes. Didn't feel like exercise, but I was exhausted when I got home. Let me know if I should count that.

    02/Fri - 65 mins Indoor Rower

    230/1000
  • Up early, or I wont get a workout in on the weekends.

    30 HIIT riding stationary bike + 42 min strength training = 72

    224/1000
  • 9/3 - yoga 60 min
  • FINALLY exercised! 30 min Jillian Michaels.

    30/1000
  • What great numbers so far, looks like a lot of people are going to hit the 1000 before the month is even half over!

Yesterday was just the 36m of Insanity

Today is a 20 minute walk in the sweltering humidity and Insanity again. It is supposed to cool down so might try for a jog tonight.

I haven't been able to hit the gym and probably won't today or tomorrow because my car is out of comission. Sucks!!

So I last posted that if I didn't get my exercise started on September 3rd you could give me a kick in the butt but nobody did! Luckily I kicked my own butt into gear today and finally got started on my exercise again today.

Sunday September 4th: 1 hour walk with hubby, average speed 5.5 kph (3.42 mph), 264 calories burned

Plan to do the exact same walk at least once a week to see if I can increase my speed and decrease the amount of time it takes me to complete the same walk. I saw them do something like this on a reality TV Show recently called Village On A Diet so I decided to do the same thing in hopes of motivating myself and increasing my endurance. Anyone else up for the challenge? I am guessing any joggers or marathon walkers or runners already do this but it is new to me and I am not even at the jogging stage yet.

More walking today; through the big nearby mall around the floors and up/down stairs, and 30 minutes on the treadmill w/ an incline. Tracker is in my signature :)

    Keep on walkin'!
