Was too late to start in August so will take the 1000 Minutes Challenge for September but won't be starting until September 3rd.
September 1st: Not able to exercise as at a funeral out of town so day was spent checking out of hotel, at funeral, at burial, at extended family member's house, in car driving back home. Didn't get home until almost 10:30pm.
September 2nd; Totally wiped out physically and emotionally after everything that has gone on within the last week so took a day of rest and spent the day on the internet and watching TV.
September 3rd: If I don't start exercsing again I give you permsission to give me a kick in the butt!0 -

As of today - 9/2 I've got nada on the exercise scene. This challenge will hopefully get my butt in gear though.

I posted yesterday, but of course it was on the August thread. Anyway...
I did 23 minutes of jogging at 6.0mph.
Nothing today, unless you count working with my husband sealing grout for 4 hours, which would be 240 minutes. Didn't feel like exercise, but I was exhausted when I got home. Let me know if I should count that.0 -
September 1st: 45 minutes intensity class(plyometrics), 35 minutes elliptical=80 minutes
September 2nd: 65 minutes running 5.5 mph
