    RD 106 Goal: I have a pretty lofty goal this round because I have been off track with my eating and I know if I get back on track the lbs will come off pretty quick initially. Good luck all and have a great round.

    02/27 258.8 I was so sick yesterday I barely got out of bed, so this must be water retention from the chicken soup and crackers. Between the fall and getting sick it looks like Feb will be a wash. That’s okay though life happens, and I know all of this is water bounce up that will go once I’m eating properly again.

    02/28 260.0 I ate low yesterday, so I guess this is from the day before or more water retention. I felt a lot better yesterday and over did things a bit so I’m going to try to take things easier today.

    03/02 262.2 I continued to eat at maintenance for the weekend. I figured that since I’m cutting out my diet break from the first week of April it seemed like a good trade. Now it’s time to refocus and get back to where I was and then lower.

    03/05 262.0 I’m going for a less aggressive weight loss in order to combat the afternoon hungries. Hopefully I can get them under control and stop the binging that’s leading to the up and down.

    03/06 262.4 I’m going to try to up my protein to see if it helps the overly hungry feeling that’s been leading me to binge. Even with extra calories yesterday I was starving after dinner. I think I’m going to have to pay better attention to my food quality while my leg heals up.

    03/07: pet-sitting DNW; Friday info: 4811 steps, 8 of 12, 10h45m (86); Mom’s biopsy at The James (Ohio State’s Cancer Hospital) was an ALL day event. Did okay on eating. Didn’t make it to work. Too exhausted.

    Goals: Lose 5lbs (275.9) -5.3lbs!!
    Get that gallon of water in! Log food and exercise daily – logged and got that gallon of H2O in!!
    Get 10,000 steps per day 5x per week – 50% of goal reached – 5 days out of 10
    Vegetarian Diet – no meat since Lent!!
    Workout 6 days per week – worked out at 9 days out of 10!!
    I hit most of my goals this round!!
