    @musicsax Sorry for the delay in my reply, I just saw your message now. I have a Samsung smartwatch that tracks my steps. Right now I'm doing a work-sponsored step challenge through MoveSpring. I also do a weekly challenge with some friends online (weight loss Discord chat server) on MoveSpring's free sister app Stridekick.

    @TwistedSassette It is easy to be lazy and I have ALWAYS BEEN LAZY , but I think I’m getting lazier. I really need to get my butt out of the chair and do SOMETHING!

    Walk +/- 7 miles 4 x week. Goal Weight this Round: 158
    Drink plenty of water, alcohol on weekends

    3/19-160-It’s wonderful to have ALL of you here!☕️🌷
    3/20-159-Whew! Only 1/2 of the walk and ate a slice of bread and butter-treat! Big walk today and lots of sewing/quilt at home.
    3/21-158-Well, it’s easier without having social eating events to go to. I’ll just keep on sewing and walking.
    3/22-158-Walk and sew today.
    3/23-158-Expected a higher weight since I made hearty turkey soup with pearl barley. More walking and quilting!
    3/24-157-Yipeee!!! Walk & Sew, Walk & Sew!!!!
    3/25-158-I’ll take it!
    2/26-156-Glad to be making progress. Walking, sewing and not eating out is agreeing with me.
    2/27-158-Chicken, salad and lots of chard for dinner. It was all healthy.
    2/28-154-I’ve been careful and trying to walk a lot.

    03/18 - 164.7 I'm really losing track of my goals. I haven't worked out in 9 days and I completely binged out on snacks yesterday. I'm definitely in a downward spiral. I usually track my weeks from Sunday through Saturday which means I'd keep on this path and start fresh on Sunday. That's too long. I am starting fresh today. I can do this. Please help hold me accountable!
    03/19 - 164.9 Wrong direction. I did get a workout in and stayed relatively close to my calorie goal. Going to workout today and stay under my calorie goal!
    03/20 - 164.9 Well I got a workout in however I went WAY over my calorie goal. On the bright side, I ate all the snacks in my house so I have no more temptations. As long as I break even this round I'll be happy.
    03/21 - 164.0 Getting close to breaking even! My SO offered to go get me my fav snacks while practicing social distancing and renting and watching The Invisible Man at home. Guess what, I said no! I would not have been able to use portion control and it was past my eating period.
    03/22 - 163.1 FINALLY back on track towards my goals!
    03/23 - 162.3 Very proud. Trying to stay positive through this Pandemic.
    03/24 - 161.4 Wow ... I remember just a couple months ago inching towards the 160's. Can't believe I'll reach the 150's soon!
    03/25 - 160.3 Okay this is unbelievable. Maybe my scales broke 😅
    03/26 - 161.4 Alright this feels normal.
    03/27 - DNW First time not weighing in since I starting participating in the rounds.

    Round 107: 213.7 (-2.0 lb) This feels a little low and the fact that my weight popped up a pound the next day confirms that.
