My weight loss is starting to become normal. I was so bloated with food and waste so I'm guess that's a large part of my weightloss. I've been sticking to my keto diet and tracking everything! I've been struggling with eating enough fat. If anyone has a tip to consume more healthy fats I'd love the help(Carb conscious). I look forward to reading everyones posts and our progress in the weeks to come!6 -
This wasn't a very healthy week. I need to get back to logging and trying to find a way to exercise (I am finding walking too stressful, which is counterproductive!) Stay healthy and safe, all!

There is no shame in logging your weight even when you gain. I am sure everyone here at some point has gained some weight and made some wrong choices regarding their diet. But you should keep in mind that these things are part of your journey and you must keep going. Either way I don't intent to push you in logging in, just let you know that this is fine and no one here will judge you. We are all in this together.

Small loss, hurt my back so been less mobile, also lost my sense of taste and smell after having the sniffles so not bothered to eat anything nice and sweet as canβt taste it :0( which worked in my favour π been eating boiled eggs as snacks10 -

Guess I'm on track, my scale is an old POS I have learned to weigh three times and either take the average or the number that shows up the most. Today it was 217. Time for a new scale.
I hope that everyone else is one track, don't freak out if not. Just find where you are slipping up and adjust. Me I could be doing better in portion control and in snack choices.

I hate when my weight goes up and down but it always does. All I can think of is that I have not been measuring salad dressing and have been a bit generous with guacamole portions. I will make a commitment to myself to track calories (I never do this) and see what improvements happen next week. Maybe I'll replace my midday coffee with green tea too.9 -

I know most of the big drop this week was losing water weight from actually getting my diet on track. Soooo trying to not put too much pressure on the numbers for next week and just making sure the track food everyday12 -

4 days I had a regular healthy diet averaging 1,500-1,700 cals, 2 days I water fasted to help with chronic pain I am having and 1 day I did crappy on my diet due to letting my emotions get the best of me but I recovered well from it.
Good work everyone! Those of you who didn't see a drop this week, do not be discouraged or depressed! Nothing shall stand in the way of bettering our health and improving our lives. Let April be a good month we can all look back on and be proud of despite all that is happening in the world.
