I only have 19lbs to go so my goal is to stay focused and finish out strong. I am hoping to reach my goal weight by middle of June but I think if I keep on the same trend I'll reach it by the end of May. We will see!
Stay track MFP everyday all day.
Stay consistent with my rule no snacks while quarantined. ZERO. (which is working great).
Continue to do Refit classes everyday but Sundays.
Weigh 175lbs by first week of May💪🏽

I had a hard day because I got very triggered, and Boyfriend was the one who did the triggering and so was not available to comfort me. In the middle of feeling it all, I was at the grocery store to pick up his meds and the stuff for Girlfriend's birthday cake (Thursday) and I admit....I thought about the various things. I thought about it.
And I said to myself, "It never tastes as good as you think it will. It will make you feel worse because it will trigger your intolerance. It won't make the feelings stop, and it won't magically make you someone with a grad degree in math who can understand what Boyfriend is writing about." And I didn't buy anything that I would not have ordinarily bought. Binge averted.
Still cleaning, because he was having emotional issues all afternoon. And I'll have to wait and clean our bathroom tomorrow, because it's ensuite with the bedroom and he didn't let me get it done before he went to bed.9 -

Welcome! Seems we've all been on that same rollercoaster. Hopefully, this time we stick the landing. Have a great day.3 -

Cesse age 72
308.6 lbs - starting weight on 3/28
300.2 lbs - weighin on 4/11
165 lbs - goal weight
April Goals
Log all food and beverages honestly
Drink at least 8 cups of water every day
Begin to exercise; and increase duration each week
Stay in touch with family and friends on a frequent basis
Get outside every day weather permits
Need to change up food choices; get more diverse. I'm starting to get bored which can be dangerous. I have hamburger, chicken, and pork chops. plenty of cheese, milk, fresh fruit and veggies, PB&J, crackers ... but nothing appeals. Need to get more creative with food choices; maybe check out some recipes.
Decided to forego cereal this morning. Plan to make an omelet with ham & cheese, maybe a bit of onion. Not sure about lunch, something other than salad, or chicken, or ham sandwich.
So, what do Y'all do to punch up your food choices. Maybe, tell me the one go-to you have when your food choices get boring.
Have a great day Everyone!!6 -
@changeforeverlj -- if you try the Stretchin' to the Classics video, I hope you enjoy it. It's my favorite. One reason is that there is no talking and I usually do it before I've had my coffee ... and the last thing I want is someone yakking at me. LOL
@rpbarkernc -- So Close!! I'm sure you'll do it! Stay strong; you can do it!!

@speyerj Thanks so much for the encouraging words. My goal is to turn my walks into runs so I’m doing a little every day.
@jacindabarbee81 Welcome❣️ You can’t find a more supportive group than here! Good luck on your journey‼️
@jm216 Isn’t that they great part to this journey. The endless possibilities to start again! Good luck! You’ve got this❣️
@rpbarkernc Welcome❣️ Good luck on your journey‼️
@niknakcarpediem Hi‼️ Welcome! I’m sure you’ll reach your goals.
A trick I’ve learned for the late night snacking urges is to drink 20 oz of water and go to sleep! Many perceive hunger but we’re really thirsty or tired.
Let’s continue to be adaptable this April❣️
Also, I found this workout on YouTube. I’ll post the link as well.

Hi everyone!
Can't talk, being at home all the time is actually much busier than going to work, somehow. Just wanted to say welcome to everyone new, I'm reading all your updates, and I'm rooting for all of you!
Me, I've been pretty much at maintenance for the last few days. After all this chocolate is gone from my house, (which, I'm close!) I'll be back to deficit time. I'm not worried about it. I knew this might happen at the beginning of this month, and here it is.
It's running day, and I'm excited. My bike tire has a flat, and I have to go into a store to get the patch kit, and I'm honestly putting that off. I'm excited to go run all by myyyyysellllllf. (We've got cabin fever over here)7 -
Age - 51
Height - 5'6
Heaviest weight - 105.5kg (Aug 2018)
Goal weight - 80kg
Current weight 96.6kg
April goals
Get under 94kg
Average total cals under 2000 - week 1 - 1961, yes!, w 2 - 1974, yes!
Average snacks under 20% - week 1 - 31%, big fat no!, wk 2 19%, yes!
Yoga at home at least 3 times a week - week 1 - yes!, wk 2 - yes!
I didn't lose any weight this week so I think maybe I didn't log everything right, or maybe it's just one of those things. Still trying to get my head in the right place, trying to work on cutting down on snacking this week.

Hey everyone. I'm sunk deep in this depression which makes it hard to post here. I can't think of much to say.
Right now I've come into possession of around 30 KN95 masks and I'm trying to donate them to the hospital. If I can't, my plan is to start mailing them to whoever wants. I'm sending out a couple to my uncle and my dad as it is. Tomorrow I'm donating blood.
This is all I can do, but it's something. And anything is better than nothing, because being able to do nothing is why I ate way too much chocolate yesterday and had to be talked out of breaking into the wine.
I wish I could do more.13 -
Bought this dress in December to wear to our prom which was to be this weekend.
It fits❣️
Only cost $14 @ Marshall’s 😊

Hello all.
I worked this morning. When I came home (after washing my hands), I worked out to my Richard Simmons video. It was a good workout and I like how he has all shapes and sizes. Anyways, it's only my second work out period. I am still proud 😊.
PS I am looking to add friends as I am probably the only person without Facebook lol. Have a beautiful day.6 -

Good for you! Sent friend request. I use Richard's Stretchin' to the Classics video on YouTube. It's my favorite for stretching ... wonderfully choreographed to the classics ... and Richard never says a word. LOL2 -
Hello ladies,
I am new here. Starting at 183 lbs. My goal weight for this month is anything below 180. Starting slow. You guys are inspiring group7 -
Welcome everyone new, so glad you found us!
I only have a few minutes to post, but hope everyone is doing okay and adjusting to this crazy time. Go us for staying accountable, whether we are losing or not, with all of the uncertainty and new routines!!
@pamiede you look amazing in that dress!!! Way to go!
@Terytha just remember that staying home and keeping yourself safe is doing something. I also have a list of family and friends I reach out to every few days, especially older people who are by themselves. Another option might be to volunteer to pick up groceries or medications for older people in our neighborhood, especially when making your own runs. If you have the Nextdoor app in your area it is a great place to post that offer to people who really shouldn't leave the house right now. We have a lot of younger neighbors doing that. That said, now that the original panic has passed, I think we are all struggling with how to manage this situation and figure out what to do, and having a wide range of emotions about it. Sending hugs.
@rpbarkernc welcome - we are very similarly situated (I started in Aug at 236 and now am at 185) (except that I am twice your age) I love your no snacks while quarantined rule and might adopt that for myself. We placed an order with a bakery operating at the farmers market and have leftover birthday and Easter treats - so snacking has been a real issue for me over the past week! I have always had the mentality that I will hunker down once X is out of the house and then feel justified to eat my way through X so I can get started. I am struggling a bit with that now and would love to just throw it out but I don't think that would go over well with the family. Of course I know I can just not eat them too.
@AlexandraFindsHerself1971 I'm impressed with how you handled that situation! It must feel great to have overcome that moment.
Wishing everyone a wonderful afternoon.3
