Iโve been fasting for the past 6 days (perhaps this can be considered as โintermittent fastingโ as I only had meals from 7 PM - midnight). I tried to eat healthy when I break my fast too (instead of going on full-on binginโ-beast mode thatโll defeat the purpose of me fasting in the first place).

Well I think I was being rather ambitious hoping for my goal weight this month! I can not stop snacking during this lockdown ๐. Definitely need to tighten up logging. Struggling to find time to exercise as my daughter is not at school and have a 7 month old as well. Just canโt get motivated, I eat well for three days at a time and then it all goes pear shaped.

Guess I'm on track, my scale is an old POS I have learned to weigh three times and either take the average or the number that shows up the most. Today it was 217. Time for a new scale.
I hope that everyone else is one track, don't freak out if not. Just find where you are slipping up and adjust. Me I could be doing better in portion control and in snack choices.

April 15: 135.6 <--this has not happened since I started my weight-loss journey on August 1st. I have no idea what was happening with my body since Saturday. I've been under calories and exercising my butt off. The scale rocketed up to 136 and I've been combating it all week. I've changed things up and the scale is moving back down but I really have no idea what happened or why. And yes, I'm freaking out over 2 pounds. Needless to say, I'm disappointed that 130 is probably out of my reach for this month.

Apr 5: 202.8 Thatโs better. Struggling with keeping my glucose in check (T2D here). Either way too high or way too low. I am working on tweaking the diet more today. Looking for a downward trend on scale, plenty of healthy choices on the menu but less carbs to go along with less calories. Trying to find the sweet spot and when I do, that, in itself, will aid in the weight loss.

Unfortunately, my reserve has not lasted for another week. I still exercise daily, both cardio and strength exercises, it's my diet that is the trouble. To lose weight I need not more that 1000 kcal a day, but I became quite nervous and 'hangry' after a week and relaxed my food rules. Need to tighten my belt again๐ค5 -
