Guys/Girls: What is your real opinion on..

So guys, what about like high maintenance, not hot but still cute, girl-next-door-ish type? 😬
Asking for a friend.
😂... I'm all kinds of sold on this just to see it done
And it's a funny thing with hot and cute... Like a cute girl can be more appealing than a hot girl and vice-versa 🤷🏽♂️
They're just different types of attractive, like do you prefer apples or pears... Well it depends on the season, ripeness, gmo/organic, bruised or not 🤷🏽♂️...
OMG bruises 😍5 -

What if she looks high maintenance but she's not. Will that still throw you off?
@R3d_butt3rfly
nope.
.... did you have anyone in mind ??0 -

Isn't one is only high maintence when their standard of living is drastically different than yours?
Like what if someone was all outdoorsy and into camping, hikes, parks, etc, but the other person is the opposite into fancy clothes, cars, foods, places, etc?
Cuz I think people automatically assume the latter is more high maintenance. 🤷♀️
I could be completely wrong though. I don't know. 5 mimosas and I shouldn't be allowed to chat in these places.... 😬😬1 -

I think it's a combination of factors. Expectations. $. Time. Mentality that your needs and/or wants take priority.
I know. Cause...high maintenance4 -
I'm actually pretty high maintenance 🙈😂5

Lmao
People think I am pretty easy going and I generally am. But I think I am high maintenance.
However, if someone's way of life and their needs are same or similar to mine..... guess that makes both of us "low maintenance" to each other?
I am more inclined to put others needs before mine. Too many years of being a doormat and people pleaser... So I feel I give a more low maintenance vibe from that..... till people really get to know me and I become more vocal. 🤣🤣
Then its like "um.... ok, princess 🙄"
😂😬🙈2 -

Asking for a friend.
High maintenance is a variable based upon the individual's perception. I've found that what many of my friends consider to be high maintenance, I'm very tolerant of and find to be part of a relationship. That being said, tell your friend she's pretty hot.
Usually when I hear guys saying they don’t like high maintenance girls it’s usually from the ones who are bare minimum type of guys,no ambition, no goals, play video games all day. It’s because they feel like they can’t live up to a higher standard and have low expectations.5 -
miss_zita_2020 wrote: »Guys/girls......how would you describe someone that is “high maintenance”?
What does that really mean in your opinion?
I have been thinking about this.....
I think its someone who has a specific way of life and is expecting others to conform to their ways.
Or is just uninterested in venturing outside their comfort bubble.
Or just anyone who doesn't get along with what I want. They are clearly high maintenance...... 😂2 -

Would you prefer an honest man or one who lies to protect your delicate ego?
Honest. But hopefully with a bit of a filter so he's not just blurting out every truth that pops in his head. "Wow, I've definitely had better sex than that with other women." "You work out? I'd never know by your appearance." Etc.2 -

@tinak33
high maintenance = a diminishing return on investment
investment being, time, money and/or emotional energy3 -

hot fashion tip:
always tuck-in the wife beater into the cutoff jean shorts
(extra points if the jeans are frayed & the undershirt is stained with yellow mustard.)4 -

I like them just a little above the knee or right on the knee. I also like khaki shorts. Jean shorts is a nope for me. My dad ruined that for me 😆3 -

Guys how do you feel about ponytails (hair up) vs hair down0

Hmm, maybe I'm not quite understanding. You're going to have to be super detailed...and graphic 😜1 -
PlentyofProtein00 wrote: »Guys how do you feel about ponytails (hair up) vs hair down
Well... Which ones... Nvm 😂
I guess it depends honestly, but I like ponytails...
It's like the male equivalent of rolled up sleeves 🤷🏽♂️1 -

Right above the knee. Optical illusion involving kneecaps showing making you look taller. I use the same trick for myself.3 -

I don't know that I have a honest/liar paradigm, so much as a sarcastic *kitten*/painfully sincere paradigm. If sarcasm is lying, I would like a man to lie his *kitten* off.
Not so much for my ego purposes, but more for things not being boring purposes.0 -

Not a lady by any means. But, it really depends on the kind of shorts you wear. My running shorts are slightly mid thigh, while my MTB shorts are just above the knee.
Now, for those of us who wear kilts, there is a proper length (warning language):

I feel like this is the wrong answer
@Mr_Healthy_Habits does level of hotness matter here?!?
What if said girl looks like a boy with hair back...like hypothetically 😬1
