im not eating enough fruit and veg so for this week i will only snack on that

Hey everybody! I'd like to join in too with this challenge. Here's my info:
Starting weight September 1st: 140 lbs.
Goal weight by October 1st (MY BIRTHDAY!): 132 lbs.
I'm hoping for a 8 lb loss this month to give myself a little boost for my birthday! :drinker: I'm going to try to stay under on my sugar everyday, under on my sodium, and carbs. I also want to drink at least 10 cups of water every day.0 -

im in!! im 5'2 and have much more than 5 pounds to loose.....more like 45 but that's neither here nor there! I haven't worn a swim suit or shorts since i got married 4 1/2 years ago. Im trying desperately to loose the weight i gained from both of my kids.

I was originally 210 and am now down to 165 (on a good day haha)
I have 20 more to go to reach my ideal weight range, so 5 pounds a month sounds good!
