    It is a bit late but I need to get some exercise in today. I didn't this weekend. Last week was good except for Wednesday? Otherwise I am doing fine with my goals. Last month it took a week+ to see any weight loss. I am staying low but not losing yet.

    I guess something that is working is some foods I could never have around because I couldn't stop have been brought home by my husband and I have had a better time not having more than a normal serving of them. Even so if he keeps doing this it will maybe not cause me to gain but it will eventually sabotage my losing.
