May 11: Friday May 8 ~ I was tempted to skip this week cuz I was getting frustrated, but I couldnβt help myself; I had to know. Well, this morning the scale said 163.4 lbs ...sorry I gave in!
Saturday May 9 ~ my daughter said the scale is not the most important thing...so I weighed in again, just mostly curious...and lo! The scale actually updated my weight DOWN to 162 lbs!! Also, measuring myself (first time in 3 weeks, been out walking a LOT) I lost another 1.5β from my waist & another .5β from my hips!! I guess this was all worth it after all... talk to you all next Friday! π
