    A good four days followed by a weekend of drinking, eating and not exercising did not work out that well...

    This was a large drop.

    I’ve been really holding back on eating back some of my exercise calories most days. Especially as this is the first month of my journey(3 weeks tomorrow), I’m still fairly fresh. I’ve also been recording about 100 cals or more less than what my watch tells me I’ve burned, in case it over estimates burn and I’m under on recording calories eaten. The result is a 3.8 loss. Also my beginning weight might have been closer to 180.2 because that’s what I recorded in May 5th. Still a 3 pound weight loss. Oddly, I haven’t felt that hungry at all. Last time I did a big push on my health(3years who), I felt RAVENOUS staying at 1200-1300 calories and went to bed hungry many times. I’ve done a much better job eating protein this go round, I think.

    This week I’ll allow myself to eat more of my exercise calories on a couple days. I’d rather be losing at a safer rate.

    Great to hear everyone's updates. :) Not the best or the worst week for me. I was feeling ill on Thursday and Friday so I did no exercise those days and ate so missed my goal those days. But I still lost which is better than nothing! And I've beaten all my previous records on the exercise bike which feels great. :)
