05/11 I adjusted all my goals downward a bit. I initially set them as 5lbs a month as per my start weight but I dropped a few by the first check in so I changed them. A bit more hopeful but we'll see how it goes.2 -

I am up for a challenge my bmi is dangerously high it is 40.5 ( seriously not kidding ) my LDL is high and I am at high risk for critical illness and especially right now I am up for losing weight.8
