    Biggest tip? Keep at it. Whatever diet or exercise or plan you pick. Stick with it.

    You'll have up and downs and sometimes the bad days will get to you. Don't let that affect your next day. Each day try your best and eventually it'll start paying off.

    Where to start... Feel free to PM me if you have a specific question. I'm studying holistic nutrition, and I'm a certified personal trainer. (Lost 80 lbs over the years, too.)

    My #1 tip that has personally helped me is, have a cut off time for eating in the PM. I try not to eat after dinner. When I achieve this, the scale usually surprises me.

    Also, the workout you choose should make you sweat for 30 minutes, at least.

    Wow I wasn’t expecting a gain this week! I thought I had been pretty good and eating at a deficit. I did have bread twice this week and a sweet potato twice also. Other wise no carbs. I guess I’ll have to go back to basics again. Hope to get to 165 by the end of the month!
