Tomorrow, I actually have to go into the office tomorrow so I am not going to be able to get in my am walk. But I get so many more steps when I go into the office and I will make sure that I take my little walk breaks. Plan on bringing breakfast and lunch so that I am not tempted to make bad choices.2 -

It’s quiet here today. I got my butt up early and got my walk in this morning before it got hot. Stayed in budget and hit my goal for water. Dinner was a little pasta with meat sauce. I used a jarred sauce and now I feel like I consumed an entire shaker of salt. I think I’m becoming sensitive to to much which will hopefully steer me to more whole food choices.

I went on a 45 minute bike ride last weekend, and am hoping to keep that trend up at least once a week with my Barre classes! Planning on bike riding with a friend Saturday.1 -

Need to join this group hit the scales at 200lbs phone call from dr to say I’m pre diabetic so 50lbs have got to go, looking at 10lbs at a time so

@signing_megs - Nice loss this week. Great plan to keep the momentum going.
Day 4 of 5 for me getting up early to walk and closing my exercise ring. I’m really hoping for a solid loss on Friday. I’m starting to feel less sluggish and good about the exercise. But every day closer to summer is getting hotter and I’m not sure what I am going to do when it’s over 100* at 6am. Need to make a plan. Maybe I’ll be ready to do some exercise videos by then.4 -

Looks like another lovely day in Scotland 🏴 so I’m away out with the dog before it gets too hot for her. Weigh day for me tomorrow I’m a bit excited and nervous, I’ve never been this focused for a long time but the weekend was really bad I’m just hoping that I’ve managed to undo some of the bad weekend, so I at least get a loss to show for my efforts 🤞🏼2 -

A loss is a loss. Some weeks are bigger than others and some we gain. I saw the below graphic on another post the other day an it really resonated with me.
