Watching Back to the Future with my boy...

He rewinds it to the scene in the Dinner and paused it on the jukebox and says "Daddy what is that thing"

    Guess...

    "Is it a clock"... No
"Is it to play music"... Yes its a jukebox, you put in a coin and pick your song and a little arm grabs the record and plays it on a record player...

    "Whaaaaa!?!?"... 😂😂😂

I have no pockets and no cargo-shorted man. I might put my debit card in my bra

credit cards are typically better than debit cards.

credit cards offer purchase protections and are often linked to the frequent flyer points program of your choice.

that being said.... that's one lucky debit card.

So apparently the high taper fade that's becoming pretty popular these days, was also popular back in the 50s 🤷🏽‍♂️...

Currently that I am glad I am removed from the dating pool. Some of y'all's responses to a question here were uncharacteristically brutal and kinda.. mean. Even if you meant it as a jest. It just came across as bitter sentiments toward the opposite sex when they turn you down. Yikes.

    dis me

    I am becoming more reclusive.
My IDGAF attitude is entering parts of my life where it was previously unwelcome and (still is) unhealthy.
And I am finding it difficult to care about changing it.

Dis me... I don't know why I find it so difficult to reach out to people sometimes, especially close friends and family... Reclusive is definitely a word that describes me sometimes...

    I understand this 100%.

    Kinda the same way.

Really paring down to what is important.... which isn't much.

The rest is smack and noise.

Been this way for years, sadly. Mine is a result of being hurt time and time again by people I trusted, had known for years and was quite close to. I can only GAF for so long.

I don't feel like branching out anymore. My heart and fragile self-esteem can't handle the rejection anymore.

    So, I understand. :heartbreak:

Yesterday I saw a kaffeeklatsch of 5 people meet in a parking lot, keeping about 10 feet distance from each other, and laughing to beat the band. Idk if it was a planned or spontaneous meeting but it did my heart good.

Mostly cornfields, cows, sheep, horses, and an occasional truck. I feel very lucky to live here.

    I don't want to "people" anymore. 😣

My thoughts and opinions are my own and I don't gaf if you support them or not. I'm ENTITLED to not feel the way you do. Get it?

Practice an open mind, maybe then I'll entertain you.

Who’s being narrow at you? Tie em to the chair and I’ll take care of it.
