How's everyone doing? This month was definitely a challenge for me - mentally and physically hard. BUT still so thankful for each of you for motivating me to keep going. I started this "monthly" challenge back in February at 138.6lbs and now I'm currently at 132.5. GUYS that's 6.1lbs!!! This is working and I'm so grateful to do this with all of you!
