Hi azkunk, how do you copy the names with the @ sign? I’ve been wanting to do it without success 😀

Just put the @ symbol and start typing their name, no space. It takes like 3-4 letters and you'll see everything pop up :)

Update again, I weighed myself again today and I did lose a pound this week yay! Also I had real bread for the first time in a month yesterday and last night I was dreaming about pastries and other bread items lol. It’s my day off today, but it’s been over 100* the last few days here so I’ll be doing an inside workout on my bosu ball.

    SW - 135

    CW - 132

    GW - 120

@5Katey , its currently at 1380. I am 5'3, sedentary apart from "intentional workouts" . My maintenance calories were only 1800 last time I hit my ultimate goal weight, so as a short person it doesn't go very far lol!

If I plan to eat out though on say a weekend Ill eat at 1200 ish everyday till that night and save up for it over my weekly calories- or do a TRX workout that morning so I have lots of calories to indulge a bit :)

@MeganD1704 thanks for the reply! My daily calorie goal is 1350, and most days I'm a little lower than that. But weight loss has been slower for me. Not really that active cardio-wise, busy mom of 5, leaves me to exhausted most days. But hopefully I can up my steps, since summer is finely approaching here in Ontario, CAN.

@5Katey I know what you mean, I am in Alberta and it snowed here last week :D I think my weight loss has been good because of also doing house renos, I suspect it will tapper off by the time that is done in a few weeks and slow. 5 kiddos would def make me tired, kudos and strength to you!

This weekend was not my best, at all. TOM started I was not in a happy, excited about dieting mood..... lol So I'm feeling bloated today and ready to get back into the groove. Hoping to see some results after this water weight falls back off. Hope everyone had a great weekend!!

Well, excited today! I finally received the bath scale. But, ohhhh, dear. I've gained since March 28 nearly 8 pounds. I need to really have a one on one with myself tomorrow and get serious about it. Either you want to lose or you don't, is what it comes down to. :s

I am making a promise to myself. Forgive me all.

New low on the scale this morning. 0.2 lbs away from 165....alas, tomorrow.
Been very good this week watching my calories and mindless snacking isn't around. One thing I do want is a peanut butter cup protein shake- so I am starting my research.

Hope everyone has a great day! Remember to get your water in, my 2L bottle is stationed next to me.

What a month this has been. I have been up and down and, as usual, gaining and losing the same few pounds. But finally, I felt like I had had enough and got real and am on a good, steady downward slope, even though some days the loss is only .2 lbs. I have upped my workouts with some really sweat-worthy sessions out in the yard, mowing, planting and cutting and moving branches. I never cheat with sweet desserts, chips, etc. And, I am faithfully thinking about and logging every bite. My Apple Watch is helping a lot, urging me to get up and move, encourging me to close my circles and I'm in a competition with myself over the step count. Whatever works. I have 10+ to go, which I won't make this month, but I am on my way ... with actually about another 50 to go over time, but it is a start. Overall with MFP I have lost 22 lbs over the past several years.

    SW- 244.4 lbs (5/2)
    CW- 240.2 lbs (5/28)
GW by June 30th- 229 or less
    Lost: 4.2

I'm happy! I've lost 1.5 lbs since I joined the group! Trying to log foods and still walking 1.4 miles a day. Adding video exercise. I love my new scale. Trying to stay positive and productive. Will make gumbo this evening!

I'm trying to figure out how to respond on the board. It's been a LONG time since I joined one.

Megan, have you ever used peanut butter powder, PB2? Great taste with far fewer calories.

I’m in. I would be thrilled to lose 15lbs. My biggest downfall is late night eating. I’m a night owl and have trouble sleeping. So I spend late night snacking and watching TV. I know this has got to some. Any helpful suggestions?

Have you tried going to bed early with a hot milky drink and a good book?

@PatriciaNeves2015 - awesome work on a 1.5 loss :) you are doing great!
I have tried PB 2 but it doesnt really give me what I need. I used to mix PB2 in greek yogurt, but I want a protein powder for a sweet tooth kick when needed/or dessert when I really want one but have no calories lol. I ordered the IOS Yummy Sports one :)

@aimjolie try snacking on things like-plain/salted popcorn, broccoli and carrots. You get a low for your calories and it gives you the crunch. Try and save yourself say 150-200 calories every day for night snacks if its your weakness. Greek yogurt/blue berries if you are more of a sweets person, or dark chocolate - 75 % or better. I dont really have any tips on the sleep. I use the app headspace and listen to a sleep noise cast and I am out in a few minutes now vs hours.

    Today's check in.
Not much to report- finally got a new scale and like it. Tracks trends like happy scale so it will be nice to not double log. Staying in calorie goal today. I am back to working a lot of hours -70 ish a week as I am starting to get my feet wet in consulting as well as my regular 8-4 gig. Meal prep/pre logging is really helping me stay on track.
